Want to Prevent Cancer?

Eat vegetarian! According to the British Journal of Cancer, you can avoid:

1. Blood and lymph cancer (half as common)
2. Bone marrow cancer (75% less common)
3. Bladder cancer
4. Stomach cancer (66% less common)

Eating more fruits, veggies, and legumes and less meat also helps prevent heart disease. Flexitarianism (eating meat or fish less often than half the time) showed no appreciable difference in cancer rates, however.
