Christmas In July

Now to see what I have really been up to. See the tile? Somebody put a lot of effort into that. It is that way in another doorway, too. However, the tile that looks white? It is pink. Yup. Pink and gray and brown and blue. Can't wait to get the saltillo tile in here.


Before the movers came and the carpet shampooer came, we had to get the Dish Network guy here, so I moved over a few of the "essentials."


While the carpet was being shampooed the internet provider showed up, and my husband started moving over a few things. Chaos was just beginning.


We asked the movers to put the bulk of the boxes in the living room, because it had the most space and was the most central place in the house. They obliged. Nice. Feel relaxed now?


I love how the coffee table is resting on top of those boxes. We finally moved the mattress, and no, it did not topple off.


We do, however, give it a wide berth.


Finally, we are at the end of the day. We found the Christmas tree and decided to put it on top of the television. After all, it is almost Christmas in July.
