Three Days to Four Corners

Before our great adventure, we had to cool down the guest bedroom. We did so by installing a ceiling fan. The glamorous Ms. K demonstrates.

On the first day of our adventure, we instigated "Project Donkey" by delivering a surprise guest to the D&D B&B.

The muscle of the operation left the donkey at the front door. The next morning, Ms. D wanted to know who left the "jackass" at her front door. Hmmm. I wonder.

The second day of the adventure involved some fantastic scenery. This was at the far left.

This was the center.

This was the far right. Gorgeous.

We then arrived at Monument Valley.

The Navajo have a hotel there.

Breathtaking.

Anyone see John Wayne?

He must have left already.

Ms. K rests from the day's excitement.

Our final destination was four corners. Ms. K proves to her friends that she has indeed visited four more states in the US.

The flags and pageantry of the Navajo Nation, Arizona, Colorado, New Mexico, Utah, and the United States.

I would say that while the scenery was most beautiful, the most interesting part of the trip was having Ms. K identify the nationality of the European tourists we would run into.
